bonprix takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection regulations. The regulations of the employment contract also apply on the platform mybonprix as well as confidentiality rules bound by contract for external users do.
General personal data for the maintenance of MySites is obtained with the Active Directory and includes company-relevant data, such as name, email address and extension number. The giving of „personal” information, such as date of birth or the uploading of a profile picture, is on a purely voluntary basis.
The content of mybonprix is only intended for those who have access to the platform. Therefore information may not be copied, forwarded and/or published via other communication channels which are accessible to all. This applies especially to the internet. -
2. Mybonprix uses the analytical tool PIWIK for constant enhancement of functions and contents. Any data gathered therewith such as click numbers or back out rates, is anonymised and only saved internally at bonprix. Cookies may be used for gathering the data. Cookies are small text files, which are saved locally in the cache memory of the internet browser. Cookies make it possible to recognise the browser.
